DELANO DIRECTION TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms explain what you are purchasing from Delano Direction LLC and the rules that apply. By submitting an order or signing a separate statement of work, you agree to the terms for that offer. If a written statement of work conflicts with these website Terms, the signed statement of work controls for that project.

First Offer Direction — $27 one-time digital service

First Offer Direction is a personalized digital brief prepared from the answers you submit. The $27 charge is one time and does not create a subscription. Work begins only after successful payment and complete intake. If you ask to cancel before generation begins, we will refund the purchase price. Once generation has begun, the purchase is final except when the deliverable is not provided or is materially incomplete because of our error. In that case, contact us within seven days of the expected delivery so we can correct the issue or, if we cannot, refund the purchase price.

AI Revenue Blueprint — $97 one-time digital service

The AI Revenue Blueprint is a personalized digital analysis and prioritized 30-day plan prepared from your diagnostic answers. The $97 charge is one time and does not create a subscription. Submitting the free diagnostic alone does not purchase or include the Blueprint. Work begins only after successful payment and the required diagnostic information is complete. If you ask to cancel before generation begins, we will refund the purchase price. Once generation has begun, the purchase is final except when the deliverable is not provided or is materially incomplete because of our error. In that case, contact us within seven days of the expected delivery so we can correct the issue or, if we cannot, refund the purchase price.

Revenue System Launch — $2,250 setup plus platform access

When Revenue System Launch is purchased through its existing checkout, the amount charged today is $2,379: a $2,250 one-time implementation setup and the first $129 month of platform access. Platform access then renews at $129 each month until canceled. No additional implementation work starts until payment succeeds and Delano Direction receives the complete intake, required materials, and approved access.

You may cancel platform access by emailing [email protected] before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future monthly charges. Access to Delano Direction-hosted pages, workflows, and the managed account environment continues through the end of the paid monthly period and then ends. Monthly fees already charged are not prorated, except when required by applicable law. You are responsible for requesting or exporting any materials or data you are entitled to keep before access ends.

You may cancel the implementation setup for a full refund before custom implementation work begins. After custom implementation work begins, the setup charge is not refundable because capacity has been reserved and work has started. If Delano Direction declines the project or cannot deliver the agreed in-scope implementation, we will refund the unearned portion of the setup charge. The checkout does not include paid traffic, revenue guarantees, custom software, or work outside the published scope.

Founding Lead Response Rescue — proposed $1,500 project

Lead Response Rescue is not purchased through an automatic website checkout. It requires a fit review and a separate written statement of work or invoice. The proposed founding structure is $500 at kickoff and $1,000 after the agreed functional acceptance test passes. The project covers one approved inquiry source and one response, qualification, and routing workflow, with a seven-business-day delivery target that begins only after kickoff payment, complete access, sample inputs, approved sender identity, current-process information, and decision-maker feedback are received.

If Delano Direction declines or cancels before work begins, payments received are refunded. If the client cancels after discovery or configuration begins, the $500 kickoff payment covers reserved capacity and work performed; the final $1,000 is not due unless the agreed functional acceptance test passes. A change to the inquiry source, tool stack, business unit, primary workflow, or acceptance test is a scope change and must be approved separately. Revenue, appointments, and sales are not acceptance criteria.

Private AI Revenue System Build — $7,500–$15,000 scoped engagement

Private Builds are offered only after qualification and capacity review. Scope, price, schedule, acceptance criteria, payment timing, cancellation, and support are set out in a separate written statement of work. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, reserve capacity, or create a customer relationship.

Client responsibilities and access

You must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and lawful access to any systems required for an agreed project. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card numbers, regulated records, or sensitive personal information through a public form or ordinary email. We may pause work when required information, access, approval, or a safe testing method is missing. Third-party verification, messaging registration, platform outages, vendor review, and delayed client approvals may change delivery timing.

Third-party services, usage charges, taxes, and fees

Some services use customer-owned or Delano Direction-managed third-party platforms. Vendor subscriptions, email, text message, phone, AI, data, advertising, and payment-processing costs are not included unless the offer or written statement of work says otherwise. We will identify any required new vendor or usage cost before activating it for a custom project. Taxes, if applicable, are shown or handled through the applicable checkout or invoice. We do not add undisclosed fees after purchase.

No guaranteed outcomes

Delano Direction provides analysis, systems, implementation, and guidance. We do not guarantee followers, traffic, appointments, sales, revenue, profit, return on investment, or any other business outcome. Results depend on the offer, market, demand, traffic, customer behavior, client decisions, platform performance, and execution.

Appropriate use and ownership

You may use the deliverables created for your business, subject to any third-party license and any limits in a written statement of work. You may not use our services for unlawful activity, deception, spam, infringement, or the unauthorized processing of personal data. Delano Direction retains its pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, and general reusable system components.

Service changes and support

We may improve these Terms or our offers as the business changes. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date and do not rewrite a signed statement of work. For a delivery problem, failed automation, billing question, cancellation, or privacy request, email [email protected].
