DELANO DIRECTION PRIVACY POLICY
Effective August 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Delano Direction LLC collects and uses information when you visit our pages, submit a form, purchase a digital service, apply for a project, or contact us.
Information we collect
Depending on what you choose to do, we may collect your name, work email, optional phone number, company, role, referral source, and the answers you provide in a diagnostic, fit check, intake, application, or support message. Those answers may describe your offer, customer process, goals, tools, inquiry volume, business constraints, or workflow problems. We also keep transaction records such as the product purchased, amount, date, payment status, refund status, and related customer identifiers.
Payment-card and bank details are processed by the payment provider used at checkout. Delano Direction does not need you to send full payment-card numbers or bank credentials through our forms or ordinary email.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to the request you made, evaluate fit, prepare and deliver a purchased digital service, provide an agreed implementation, process and document transactions, support customers, prevent misuse, troubleshoot delivery, measure page and funnel performance, improve our offers, and meet business recordkeeping obligations.
We use contact information for marketing only when we have a lawful reason to do so, such as your separate request or permission. A requested diagnostic response, purchase receipt, delivery message, service notice, or reply to your question is transactional and is not a marketing subscription.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the business. These may include HighLevel or LeadConnector for pages, forms, contact records, email, workflows, and analytics; a connected payment provider for checkout and transaction processing; email and communications providers; AI model providers for paid personalized deliverables; hosting, security, and analytics providers; and professional advisers or contractors who need limited access to perform authorized work. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose it for another company’s independent advertising purposes. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business reorganization where the recipient must continue to handle it appropriately.
Email and text choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing [email protected]. Transactional messages needed to complete your request or service may still be sent.
If you separately opt in to text messages, message frequency may vary and carrier message or data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. We do not require marketing-text consent as a condition of purchasing a service. If no separate text consent is presented, submitting a phone number does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including delivery, support, security, dispute handling, tax and transaction records, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and the systems used. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or make it no longer identifiable. Backup or legally required records may remain for a limited period.
To request access, correction, deletion, or information about our use of your data, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information that we are required or permitted to keep. We will respond as reasonably required by applicable law.
Security and safe submissions
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small online business and the service providers we use. No website, email, workflow, AI service, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card information, bank credentials, government identification numbers, medical records, regulated records, confidential customer data, or other sensitive personal information through a diagnostic, fit check, application, or ordinary email. If a proposed project may require sensitive or regulated data, use the general contact path without including those details so we can determine whether a safe and appropriate process is available.
Cookies and analytics
Our pages and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed for page operation, checkout, fraud prevention, session continuity, and aggregate measurement. Availability of preference controls depends on the page, device, browser, and provider. You can use browser controls to limit cookies, although parts of the site may not work as intended.
Adult business audience and children
Delano Direction serves adults and businesses. Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact [email protected] so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Policy changes
We may update this Policy when our offers, providers, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively.
