You can run the meeting, solve the problem, and keep everyone moving. But when it comes to your own personal growth? Suddenly there are seventeen other things to do.
You keep waiting for a quieter week. It hasn't arrived.
The idea is in your notes. The next move isn't on your calendar.
You can see ten ways forward. Choosing one is where you get stuck.
You want help getting it done—not another thing to catch up on.
If executive functioning skills like planning, prioritizing, getting started, or staying focused are a struggle, it can feel like you're getting in your own way—even when the goal really matters to you. Here, we turn that stuck feeling into a smaller next step, a workable plan, and support to keep practicing.

For women growing in their careers, building healthier habits, or making room for more of what they love. Different goals. A shared willingness to do something about them.
Theresa personally reviews each application for ambition, openness, and a willingness to support the other women in the room.
Come for the goal. Build the habits. Find women who want to see you follow through.
Show me the detailsExamples of goals Theresa has supported, not results from this new intensive or guarantees. Your goal doesn't have to impress anyone else. It needs to matter to you.
Your $1,600 includes four months in a hand-selected community, live coaching, and practical habit-building—not just a plan to put in a drawer.
Exchange ideas, ask for an honest perspective, and celebrate the steps other people might miss. Every application is personally reviewed for fit: meaningful goals, a generous outlook, and a willingness to show up for yourself and each other.
One 75-minute goal-and-habit workshop, plus one 60-minute coaching circle each month. Get direction, work through sticking points, and learn from the women beside you. Opening and closing sessions are included in these eight.
Build your plan with guided prompts, then share it with like-minded women in the workshop. Get thoughtful questions, honest feedback, and ideas you may not have considered. Choose what fits, refine your next steps, and connect them to a small daily practice.
Give your habit a cue, a two-minute starting version, and a place to record each attempt. Practice, notice what gets in the way, and adjust—without making a perfect streak the goal.
Share what you're working on, ask for a nudge, and return the favor. Arrange a check-in or work alongside another member when it suits you. These are peer-led, not extra required coaching calls.
Keep what's helping. Shrink what's too much. Use the closing group session to review your progress and choose the habits and next steps you'll carry forward.
Small enough to start. Connected to your goal.
After my morning coffee, I'll open my project and work on the next step for two minutes. You can keep going. On a busy day, practice starting. Pair that with a short weekly review: what worked, what got in the way, what changes next?
Two live sessions a month. The practice happens in your life. Between sessions, use the tools and optional peer support at your own pace. Coach feedback is provided in the scheduled sessions; this is not ongoing one-to-one messaging.
Move your goal forward while practicing the habits that support it. A clear next step. A way to restart. People to share it with.
Build your plan, get feedback from your circle, and choose a meaningful milestone. Attach your first microhabit to something you already do.
Practice the small version, remove a source of friction, and make your next visible move—even in a busy month.
Use a weekly review, get perspective from your peers, and restart after interruptions without reinventing the whole plan.
Review your milestone, keep the habits that helped, and leave with a personal next-90-days plan and ways to continue the connections you've made.
Bring your plan before it's perfect. Talk it through with women who share your drive, hear their ideas, and offer yours. This circle is selected for shared ambition, mutual respect, and the willingness to contribute—not matching job titles.
My background is in strategy, marketing, business development, and leading people. What I bring here is practical: helping you sort the options, make a decision, and turn it into a next step.
I'll ask questions, help you troubleshoot, and come back to what you said matters. You make the choices and do the work. You don't have to figure it all out alone.

Theresa personally reviews applications and discusses fit before enrollment. We look for women with a meaningful goal, a willingness to participate, and respect for other members' perspectives and privacy. Everyone is expected to contribute, not simply collect contacts. No seat is reserved by preparing an application.
This is a group intensive: two coach-led sessions per month, eight total. Each month includes a 75-minute workshop and a 60-minute coaching circle. Kickoff and the closing review are included in the eight sessions. Private coaching appointments and ongoing direct-message coaching are not included. Optional peer check-ins are arranged by members.
The program begins November 1, 2026, and runs through February 2027. We meet on the first and third Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. Central (America/Chicago). Workshops last 75 minutes; coaching circles last 60 minutes. The kickoff and closing sessions are included in the eight sessions below.
All times are Central Standard Time.
No. Bring a direction: a career move, a health habit, a race, a business idea, a savings goal, or something that brings you joy. We'll discuss fit first. Then you'll build your plan through the intake and workshop, get feedback from the group, and choose your starting habit. Health and savings goals focus on everyday actions and accountability, not medical or financial advice.
That's where your community comes in. Talk through what's keeping you stuck, hear a different perspective, and let like-minded women encourage you and help hold you accountable. With fresh ideas, small next steps, and women rooting for you, you have support to restart, keep growing, and thrive.
Use the reset guide to shrink your next action and return to the practice. Ask your peer partner for a check-in, or bring the sticking point to the next coaching circle. A missed week doesn't mean starting the entire program over.
No. Promotions, revenue, and other people's decisions can't be promised. You receive the coaching and support described here; progress depends on your actions, circumstances, and chosen goal.
We discuss your goal and fit, then confirm session dates, attendance expectations, payment terms, and cancellation terms before you decide to enroll.
